Oh, what a lovely place until you realize there are no refrigerators in the rooms, and the check-in process is an absolute confusion since the receptionist was never available. I expected a complimentary welcome gift, but nothing, just like my cold drinks. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't, really, i couldn't.

A favourable location, we would definitely return here. It is an ideal place. Modern and extremely spacious rooms, free Wi-Fi is a huge plus! The bathroom looks clean. Overall the staff is efficient...

The staff provided attentive service . The family room was spacious with comfortable beds, perfect for relaxation. We loved the small bar at the reception area, and enjoyed ordering pizzas and beer in the evenings. Many guests appreciated the convenience of the location for visiting nearby attractions.

We had a blast! The place is super clean and the rooms were a good size, with the bunks being a fun touch for the kids. It's close to Europa Park, so, made things easy. Just a heads up, the dining options are quite limited, so plan ahead for meals.
